How we choose and rate products
Commissions do not determine our recommendations. Products are selected based on research, category fit, customer feedback, and our editorial focus, and we list both pros and cons for the products we feature.
Where our ratings come from: a rating on a product we own reflects our own use of it. A rating on a product we have not used is an editorial assessment based on published specifications, manufacturer information, and aggregated customer reviews — it is never presented as hands-on testing. We do not write, buy, or publish reviews from people who have not actually used a product, and we do not suppress negative feedback.

We disclose in our social posts and ads too. Anything we post to Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook that contains affiliate links or promotes a product we earn from carries a disclosure in the post itself — in plain language, in the same medium as the endorsement, and not buried at the end of a hashtag block or hidden behind a “more” link.
